Why Does Haimo Law Use Digital Signatures?

Everyone loves to save time. Unsurprisingly, Haimo Law utilizes digital execution resources and signatures for a variety of reasons. First, Florida Statute 668.004 equates digital signatures with written signatures. Second, for many people, digital execution is more efficient and effective for their busy schedules. It is also quicker and more convenient. It takes just a second to sign the document. Once all parties sign the document, and the document becomes fully executed, the service automatically sends a copy of the executed document to all the parties, which ensures that all parties have an executed agreement on file. This is yet another example of how Haimo Law utilizes technology to reduce time and expense, the savings of which are passed down to its clients.
