Emergency Responders

REPRESENTATION THAT EVERY EMERGENCY RESPONDER DESERVES.

We graciously acknowledge the importance of Emergency Responders in our community, and the risks they take to make us safe or keep us out of harm’s way. These individuals typically are under-represented despite needing sound advice and support the most. We at Haimo Law believe Emergency Responders deserve better.

TO DEMONSTRATE OUR COMMITMENT TO EMERGENCY RESPONDERS, ALL OFFICERS, FIREFIGHTERS AND PARAMEDICS AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES (SPOUSE AND CHILDREN) WILL RECEIVE AN AUTOMATIC DISCOUNT OF 10% OFF THE COST OF OUR SERVICES AND 3 MONTHS OF NO INTEREST FINANCING AVAILABLE, EXCLUDING THIRD PARTY FEES AND COSTS.

WHY.

Police officers, firefighters and paramedics are exposed to great risk while on duty protecting and serving the public. With each shift, each person risks suffering a debilitating injury or worse, losing their life in the line of duty, which would leave their families and businesses in complete disarray. Moreover, these families and businesses do not have adequate representation, professional advice, or guidance and support from someone that they can rely on for help. We at Haimo Law feel this is unacceptable.

HOW.

We proudly give thanks to those individuals who protect and serve, run into burning buildings and provide life saving medical attention to those in need, often in times of absolute chaos. Accordingly, we pledge to help these service men and women get their affairs in order, appoint the right fiduciaries to act on their behalves without the need for court intervention if they become injured or ill and are unable to do so themselves, bypass probate and guardianship, protect their assets, pay less taxes and ensure a seamless and smooth transition for their families and businesses.

WHAT.

At Haimo Law, we believe in the trifecta of representation. Emergency responders need a CPA, financial advisor and estate and business attorney serving and collaborating as their personal board of directors. We will make necessary introductions to ensure these needs are met by professionals who share our commitment to providing excellent professional advice and premier customer service, and who are attentive, responsive and personable.  Together, we will ensure that clients have their estates, businesses and financial affairs in order and are operating most tax effectively.

Estate planning helps families and businesses plan for and protect their immediate and long-term futures. It refers to wills, trusts, probate, trust administration and asset protection. These areas deal with life, death, health, wealth, marriage, divorce, family, children, complicated family dynamics, protecting your business, ensuring your business transitions properly, shielding your assets from creditors and minimizing taxes. Utilize thoughtful counsel and go through our unique proven process to obtain tailored documents to meet your needs and goals.
