10 – Why Do We Use Surveys?

Why do we use surveys?

Presently, Haimo Law utilizes two surveys: an initial intake survey and an end of representation survey.

Intake survey: the initial intake survey helps focus the meeting by identifying important issues in advance. It gathers your contact information and gets an idea about your 3Fs: family, finances and future. It reveals what planning you have engaged in previously, your level of understanding of various estate, business and asset protection planning vehicles and uncovers important other issues. In short, it saves time and enables more efficient and effective representation.

End of representation survey: the end of representation survey provides an opportunity to share your thoughts and feelings about your experience working with the firm. It usually gives us valuable feedback that enables the firm to constantly improve its quality of service.
